“It was perfect and super cozy. We walked everywhere”

“We loved our weekend visit! Unit was cozy, clean and had everything we needed. Catamount is literally feet from the Gondola in the village, so the location was wonderful. The studio units seem to come in at least a couple sizes / this is as a larger one than what we had seen before. Great visit, thanks!”

“Great location! Ski week with my son and it could not have been better. 5 minute walk to ski center/lodge and recreational facilities! Kitchen was adequate for our needs, beds comfortable. “The property manager was great, responsive, and helpful. Although the cleanliness of the room was not that great, the host offered to send someone to clean which was nice. Also, the heater was very loud if you’re used to sleeping in silence. Some ear plugs would have helped but I didn’t have any at the time. The shower was clogged so the water built up. Again, the host offered to send someone but I declined since we were not staying long. All in all, the room was okay for a night but I……

“Perfect place and location our ski trip”

“We absolutely loved our time here. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The forest view was lovely and yet we were so close to the Heavenly Gondola. We had 5 adults and 4 children in the 6 bedroom Villa #11. We had a lovely view of the forest out the back and the Gondolas out the front corner windows. The listing does need to be updated for accuracy though. On the negative side there was no desk (although the listing said there was one). But, on the up side, the 6 bedroom listing said 4……

“Overall great stay for a quick trip. Great access to the lake and even though it was at times full it was no where near as packed as other locations on the lake.”

“The place was exactly what we needed. Super clean and comfortable and close to all the attractions. Easy to walk to get to everything. The only tricky thing was the door code system. It was very sensitive and sometime needed a few tries to get the lock just right. Other than that it was great and we would stay here again.”

“酒店是我见过最差的，我入住第二天出门买点东西，可是上午11点通往酒店门口的路设了路障不让前来滑雪的车辆进入了，我说我是住店客人也出示了房卡也不给进入，我跟酒店联系他们说没办法谁让开车出去了，你自己想办法外边过一夜明天再进来，酒店也不会退房费给你，我们只好在没有任何行李的情况下在外边酒店住了一夜，第二天早上10点才回到酒店。我希望酒店给我延迟退房一天或者延时退房时间到当天下午3点，但遭到酒店拒绝，要求我必须10点退房。这么无耻的酒店没有见过。”
