“Truly a beautiful place. I stayed in the Leonora room.
Not sure if it’s mentioned in the listing but there is no TV or refrigerator which is not a big deal at all. There is a fridge with cold drinks near the common area. My host was so sweet and everyone looking after the house is very nice and accommodating. Thank you!

“一間自1907年落成至今的歷史悠久酒店，但基本上毫無維護，地毯很舊，所有設備都很舊，一進房間有很重的臭味，令人不適，強烈建議酒店應該要停止接收新的客人並進行一次大改造，也強烈建議所有想訂此酒店的客人改訂別間，千萬不要訂這間，你絕對會後悔。
除此之外，入住第一天房間內沒有飲用水、沒有抽取式衛生紙，第二天整理房間才補上，我住了四晚，每天打掃人員都會留下一些清潔用具忘了帶走，很不專業；酒店人員看到客人不打招呼，不友善，不幫忙，整體服務令人相當失望。
總結來說，原本只想給一顆星，多的部分是對這間超過百年酒店的尊重。”

“The property itself was amazing. Perfect location in Roma Norte, walking distance to most things we wanted to do. The building was beautiful. The restaurant on the ground floor and terrace/bar on the rooftop were great additions. It made the building feel live and like something was always going on. One of the best parts was the staff. They were quick to respond, would turn the room quickly and nicely, and had 24/7 service at the front desk. I could not have improved my hotel experience any……
