“The lobby staff was very nice and friendly. The noise from the highway and other customers went right through the walls from 2-4am. Other than that, it was newly renovated yet provides no coffee (although there is a DD across the parking lot that opens at 4 am). ”

“Old school New England motel with beautiful views of the the Essex River and Great Salt Marsh. The staff is very friendly and the rooms and grounds are clean. We've book a weekend there every May and intend to continue doing so. As long as you're not expecting a fancy resort, this is probably your best option on Cape Ann. Z”

“Location is close to an entrance to the beach. For families with young kids ther is a large free play area provided by the park. Breakfast is free at the hotel.”

“I’m grateful to find this room available on a random trip. I was tired of traveling and needed to sleep. The room was very clean but not well equipped for October temperatures. A sheet and one skinny blanket did little to keep me warm enough through the night. Otherwise, I had a terrific hot shower in the morning. ”

“picture posted makes the place look VERY nice. Room was in need of repairs, leaking ceiling in bathroom, drywall chipped. No need for a full size fridge or kitchen sink since there is no stove. That space can be used to make the bathroom a little bigger. ”

“Conveniently located, can see the boardwalk from the front porch!! More than enough room for 3 adults and 3 children. We arrived early (930am), planning to spend the day at the beach then check in. We stopped by the office to see if we could park at the location so we didn't have to move the car again, and to our surprise, they checked us in then!! Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone going up to Hampton Beach.”
