“This unit is absolutely beautiful aesthetically and has all that you could need. However, there are several units at this address and each unit needs an identification marker of some sort. The bathroom is huge, all the appliances are nice and seem to be fairly new. This unit is NOT on the beach and the pictures of the beach are nice but misleading. Massengale beach is only a 3 minute drive and there are other beach access points across the road about a mile away. All in all this unit is perfect……

“It was such a treat staying at this location, which was accurately reflected in the listing. The host was friendly and was very responsive in her communucation. Her dog was gentle with my little dog. Also, my husband and I loved staying so close to the marshland. Not to mention, the location was ideal as we were less than a mile from a special event we attended. ”

The location was excellent, close to the beach and amenities but not to close to the busy village. I would stay here again and would strongly recommend it to others. ”
