"Lovely, homely hotel just outside the town centre. Easy parking, lovely room and comfortable king bed. We booked the room with breakfast which was good value. Our room was on the second floor, which I didn’t see in the room description. The stairs are quite narrow on the tread, and steep, so if this is an issue check room location before confirming. Otherwise, an excellent place for a New Forest stay."

"Room lovely and cool - you could open the windows. Large room with coffee machine, water and biscuits. Good car parking. TV was not the best - could only view a couple of channels. Pillows were very soft and not to our liking , but this is personal preference. Overall a great stay."
