利物浦高博恩酒店住宿推介

「The Room is not clean enough, the restaurant reception staff was not in good service. We left the restaurant and chose to dine in nearby hotel 」

「Pleasantly surprised at the size of the premium room with amenities and even 2 bottles of drinking water plus room slippers! Wish I was staying longer than 1 night. Very convenient location to train station and T2.」

「Near to T2! Only one staff is helpful. Others are poor !」

「A convenient and stylish place to take rest, especially after a delayed long flight. The bar / restaurant at night could be a bit busy, but the room is comfortable, high privacy and does not bring hesitation to use. Breakfast is a plus. Spacious and quiet dinning area.」

「You need to bring your own slippers and hair dryer」

「Hotel was perfectly clean, room was nice and looked like it had been refurbished recently. We didn’t use any facilities or eat in the hotel. On arrival staff (male) just ignored us when we went to check in so we went to the female who was ok. Both lacked any service skills. Room does not have air conditioning so got rather warm with the window open in October.」

「Room tidy Not too spacious 」

「The room is clean. The location is good.」

「The room is clean, though the overall size is slightly small.」

「Feedback on handling the problem from water temperature for bathing was positive & quick. It can leave comfortable image.」

「Good for conference goers」

「鄰近車站、購物區及旅遊景點，非常之方便！下次來利物浦旅遊，也會選擇同一酒店。」
