"Bad bad coffee in the room, cheap bearcat sachets and not enough milk for 2 adults. ‘Smart tv’ didn’t have access to Netflix etc for our evening rest after a day of exploring the city was disappointing. Lots of positives, The location was brilliant, staff friendly and helpful, nice breakfast choices. Air conditioning in room, decent shower. Overall we would stay again."
