「Our trip was amazing and the property was beautiful. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always quick to help whenever we needed anything. The only issue we experienced was that wash cloths were not consistently replaced during housekeeping. We had to request them multiple times throughout our stay, although they were always delivered to our room quickly once requested. Overall, we still had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay.」

「I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights」

「Breakfast was good ,they need to figure out a way to keep the eggs hot. Otherwise, the breakfast was good with a nice variety to choose from.The room was clean and fresh towels were provided. Room is small . Very convenient area, beach right across from hotel. 」

「Bad area to stay the night as a tourist it is not close to any of the resorts or tourist attractions I ended up leaving didn’t even spend the night the whole week I was there I had to buy a hotel room close to the beach」

「television control was ridiculously complicated. could not just turn on and off. bed sheets were not full cotton, hot and sticky bathroom faucet sprayed all over. breakfast option meager and prohibitively expensive. i will not recommend or return」

「Staff is nice and property is well maintained. Now for everything else 1) The worst shuttle services I have ever experienced. The shuttle was almost 2 hours late, and I think they only came because my mom called them (my cell service was not working so I was unable to call). This made me feel very unsafe and anxious as a solo female traveler. Book a private shuttle through viator or arrange for a taxi but NEVER through this hotel. They offered no compensation or anything for this....
