“This is a very nice resort and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable stay. It is not luxury but you get what you pay for. I consider the resort to be great for families, especially the bungalows which have full kitchens and living areas. It was clean and right on the beach. The beach was slim so not a lot of sandy area but enough for chairs and umbrellas. The staff were all friendly but did not go above and beyond by any means. The location was beautiful and right on the reef……

“We couldn’t really see beach from our room because room was on the first floor. Breakfast was just OK. Quality coffee could be much better. There are not enough tables if you’re coming around 9am and you have to wait in the line. There is no hand shower. Check out time is on 11am and there is no changing room and shower available for customers. ”

“We spent 9 nights in the ocean view suite.Very beautiful garden veiw as well.We had a great time staying at The Sands Grace Bay.Our room.was modern, very clean and comfortable. Thanks to our wonderful housekeeper Dueila who made sure our space was freshened up each day.She even converted the twim beds in the room to a queen so my daughter and her partner could rest well. “I was worried about our stay having read previous travelers reviews - but my whole family loved our stay at windsong. The property was in great shape, clean and tidy. Lots of towels on the loungers well before we were up. Plenty of room for everyone to get a great seat on the beach or by the pools. The staff were very friendly and kind - shout out to Travis! “Don't book. The worst of the worst. False advertising! No white sand, no sound proof room, no restaurant on site, and no help when there is problems. Yes it's cheaper, because it's dirty and advertise untrue. A towel rack on the ground in the room, the mini fridge leaked, the ceiling fan wouldn't turn off, a stove and filth in the hallway etc. I have pics. They say sound proof room, I have multiple recordings of how loud the music is next door in the room. I tried to resolve the problem and……

“This is truly a luxury five-star experience. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is extremely courteous and are there to meet any need you may have. Their service truly goes above and beyond. The ocean views and beach are stunning. The on site restaurant, Land and Sea, is exceptional. We travelled in March 2026, and at this time there was construction noise during the day as they complete new villas. It’s wasn’t a huge disturbance, but just something to be aware of if……
