“Thoma who coordinate my luggage and taxi was terrific and 5 star service. Checking in and out smooth, 5 star.The food was delicious. However, the molten chocolate dessert took close to 45 minutes and was horrible. Much too sweet badly baked and with half a tea spoon of crème fresh. I complained to the waiter. Suggested that he bring it back for the chef to taste as he should be aware of what is leaving his kitchen. It made the dinner experience a disappointment and certainly not what to expect……

"Hotel located in pedestrian zone so it's impossible to park a car in front of the hotel which cause very inconvenient to carry luggages in and out. You need to move all the luggages by walking from abt 5-10 mins away. The entrance of road is under repair, make it more complicated. At night time, some people talking loudly even fighting at downstairs. Old town zone makes me feel the secrity isn't good. All facilities in toilet quite old but very reasonable price. "

"The hotel is located in an area with a lot of adultery workers and thieves, as we were warned by not one but a few drivers during the stay. The hotel itself is a decent one, we were welcomed by glasses of Cava however the front desk was a bit understaff as both the time we had to wait quite a bit to check in and check out. The bed is very huge which usually is a good thing however in this case it gets too huge and make the room feel a bit small, other than the above mentioned the overall experience is a pleasant one. Do keep an eye on your phones and wallets when you are in the neighborhood!"
