Family get away

Spent a couple of wonderful days with family at this property in Granby. The property offered plenty of room and had everything we needed! It offers the best views and fun games, and is just a few minutes from the ski area where we were able to ride the lift up and hike around!

Beautiful Mountain Home

We loved staying at the Wyatt Ski House! It was spacious, clean, comfortable and in a great location. Erich was so helpful and communicative as well. I highly recommend staying here!

Great for a Large Group

We had a group of 10 adults, one baby, and one dog. The house was perfect for a group of this size! Lots of space to gather, eat, and play games. The host was responsive and the views were amazing!

Gorgeous home in the Mountains

100% recommend! The home is absolutely gorgeous and spacious! The beds were comfortable, the home was fully stocked with everything you need, even condiments and the like. The location is great, close to winter park and Kremmling, where we went white water rafting. The host is responsive and wonderful. Overall, 100% recommend and would stay here again!

Great house!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. Communication with the owner was super helpful, the space for our group really well, and the home was very clean. The kitchen had everything we could need for some big group dinners in! We look for a home every year to fit a group of friends just to get away for the weekend and this house was perfect!

Amazing views

This hole has amazing views and is exactly like the photos. We found the driveway hard to navigate if you have multiple vehicles. Kinda like playing Tetris. Otherwise what memories we made. Host was amazing.

Snowy Birthday Weekend!

When we first arrived everyone’s eyes were wide with awe of how awesome the property was. There are 5 bedrooms with with 6 beds in total which was perfect for my group. After getting settled in, the little details became more obvious. The panty, kitchen and living room are all stocked with little things you might have forgot which was very helpful. However, little trash details that should have been cleaned up or bags of trash also started being found, so one star off for cleanliness. The driveway was a pretty steep hill that was tricky with multiple vehicles and unless you’re a pro at backing in uphill or downhill you have to play a game to get the cars out and down again. The view was beautiful and the house stayed warm for us with the winter weather upon on. I would go back again for sure!

Great Granby Summer Stay

We visited this wonderful property late June and were not disappointed. We chose this house for location, size, cost, convenience, and reviews related to communication with the home owner. We found the house to have everything we really needed. There is a grocery store, gas, and golf all within 3 minutes. It was convenient for anything you want to experience in Granby, Grand Lake, and beyond. We found Erich to be super responsive and helpful. It was nice having a washer and dryer upstairs and downstairs and most everything we needed in the kitchen. This house is well-stocked and made for easy meals and family time. The hot tub was nice in the cool evenings, and shuffleboard and the hunting game were nice added entertainment. We found the internet and tvs to be great for downtime as well. If we had to note one thing it might be the driveway. We had three cars and it worked fine (parking one in garage). If you have more than three cars for some reason, that might prove difficult or you might need to park one on the roadside (not a big deal). This house was perfect for us and we would recommend 100%. If you are considering, just do it. You won't be disappointed, and the home owner will make sure of it. Enjoy Colorado!

We had a wonderful time staying 4 nights at this home! The views are amazing and the kitchen is well stocked as described with all essentials making cooking dinner in-house for 3 nights very convenient. An ample supply of necessities was provided (towels, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, coffee etc.), which was much appreciated! The owner was very responsive to questions. We have always enjoyed this location as it is easy access to many activities.

Clean and well stocked Home

A very clean and well stocked home. Erich was super responsive and the home is conveniently located right outside of Granby Ranch. We look forward to staying here again.

Spring break weekend

This place was all that we wanted and more. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were super comfortable everything was great! We had a cold windy day so we were in the house. We had just as much fun there as we did skiing and boarding the next day. Erich checked in several times and answered every question we had. The worst part about this place is that we had to leave. 😊

Great Place

Had a great stay - plenty of room for a large family. The table shuffleboard and Big Buck game was a big hit - created lots of good times with the whole family. Good location for exploring all that Grand County has to offer. Erich was super responsive to any questions or needs. Would stay here again.
