"Stunning property, such a huge garden, the pictures don’t do it justice! So much space, the pool and hot tub are fab and it was great to have a few BBQs and make use of the pizza oven. The cottage is beautiful and quaint and stays nice and cool in the heat. Beautiful rural area and close to amenities and not far from Chinon. Would highly recommend!"

"We have just returned from our wonderful holiday at this beautiful Gite in a lovely rural area of France. Amanda & Graham were the perfect hosts and went above and beyond to ensure we had the most relaxing stay with the use of their pool and sunbeds. The welcome gift of wine and treats was very much appreciated after our long drive from England. Easy access to the motorway is close by for day trips out. We particularly enjoyed visiting La Rochelle and Poitiers and doing everything French...

"Had a very enjoyable stay, lovely property but listing didn’t give the full picture. It does not have air conditioning (just one ceiling fan in conservatory), the listed restaurants nearby no longer existed or only open for lunch, rickety spiral staircase to two of the bedrooms and bathroom is downstairs only. "Zeer rustige omgeving. Ideale locatie voor mooie wandelingen. Het zwembad was enkel toegankelijk in juli en augustus voor een additionele kost. Dat staat niet vermeld op de website. Frédéric was een zeer vriendelijke host waar je altijd terecht kon en bezorgde ons een heerlijk aperitief en verse eitjes."
