“The property was as advertised but if you want a warm shower don't stay here. The shower is room temperature at best. When I contacted the property manager I was asked to let the water run as it takes a long time for it to get warm. I did that with no results. When I contacted them again I was told warm water does take time for all the units on this building. We apologize and ask for your understanding. Also when the room next door flushes their toilet the shower goes ice cold. Ugh”

“There was a slight odor of pine (I think) which I found offensive because I am super sensitive to scents. It was especially annoying when trying to fall asleep. Other than that, the condo is neat & well supplied for the small condo.”

“Good location and clean. Lots of stairs! Garage only fits small vehicle. No response when messaged owner on day of arrival about where to park when our vehicle did not fit in the garage. Parked in a lot that appeared to belong to the building and woke up to a sticker slapped on the driver’s window that we could not park there. Other than that, good stay”

“Crystal lodgings is a great place to stay i will definitely book again in the future. The owners were great to deal with the property was very nice. The game room was really cool. Lots of effort went into keeping guests comfortable and entertained. The only thing i was disappointed about was they didnt make it clear in the listening it was 3 units and not a whols house, and the listing said hot tub (which was my selling point)along with pics only to get there and find out the hot tub didn't……

“We came to celebrate our 46th wedding anniversary and loved the Sunset condo and the attention to detail that went into furnishing it. We cooked our own food mostly and everything we needed was provided and was of very good quality down to the silverware. The bed was so comfortable. Location was great — we made day trips for hiking, relaxing on the beaches and shopping. We put our beach chairs on our backs and walked the short couple blocks to enjoy two magnificent sunsets. “My daughter and i were looking for a place to stay for her to decompress from grad school and wedding planning. It was spring break, quiet in traverse city, but that's what we were hoping for. The condo was very quiet for us, but there was no one really around. Rarely did we hear sounds from other condos and we never heard street noise. This condo was the perfect location. Walkable to downtown, Front St, and a short drive anywhere else. Easy to get in and out. There is a little Italian deli that……

“It's was a cute condo but could use some updating of the recliner and pull out couch mattress. The ice maker in the freezer had mineral build up that left floaties in your beverage as the ice melted. The jetted tube needs to have the jets cleaned more frequently as they were filled with icky stuff. The hot tub and pool were closed and not scheduled to open until the next weekend which we wish we had known. We were looking forward to using them but were never informed of this aspect. The……
