「The house was very spacious and had nice furnishings including very nice mattresses and linens on the beds. The bath towels were also really luxurious and the showers had shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided which was a really nice touch. The kitchen is very well stocked and we had everything that we needed to prepare meals in the home. 「We knew this was a virtual hotel when we booked, but we had no idea it would be this complicated. There was no staff, no lobby, and no one available to help when we arrived. We had to rely on strangers to figure out the check-in process because we received very little instruction beforehand.
The room was very small, had no balcony, no closet, no extra bedding, and a terrible view. The bed was uncomfortable and kept separating from the wall. There was no phone in the room, and getting something...
