"A beautiful home right on the Betsie Lake. The lake is shallow, so no boats, but lots of birds and wildlife. The second floor porch right off of the kitchen is a great place to have a morning cup of coffee. We spent several nights around the fire pit while stargazing. The bike trail goes right past the house and is perfect for a walk. We took advantage of the kayaks and paddled up the river several times. The house was clean, bright, and had everything we needed. Lots of space for hanging out together. Would come again!"

"This was our second stay here. It’s a great place for a couple, plenty of space and the couch opens to a bed if needed. Kim is a great hostess and there is plenty of information available for the Frankfort area. Driving in can be a little tricky the first time but a breeze after that. There is a nice walking beach at the end of the road (several steps to negotiate) though. You will be close to all the shops and a beach in Frankfort. Point Betsie is 15 minutes north and Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore is about 30 minutes north. Bring your camera or phone camera, there is lots to remember."

"This cottage belonged to my great uncle and then his sons . spent alot of time there with my Grandpa. The cottage was just as I remembered it, with a remodeled bathroom. The creek has eroded the bank behind the cottage so it is different from when we would get into the creek. We saw two huge snapping turtles in the creek one evening. Nice stay"
