“We thought we where going to have a suite with a patio and barbecue pit what we got was a small room with 2 double beds they changed our room to a room with 2 queen beds we had no microwave or refrigerator in the morning our coffee pot was broke so went down to lobby and there was know coffee and they had the fridge locked for continental breakfast ask desk clerk why she told us they where having hot breakfast in the fusion restaurant that’s why everything was locked s o we went to dinning room……

“I walked to the front desk, using a walker, and was handed the room keys to be informed that the elevator was out and to take the two flights up. Then given a room around the back of the building that was nothing like what we had booked thru VRBO. I had 3ft of hallway and a room to be in for my stay! The restaurant that was to have a breakfast buffet was clearly closed for a while. We left on Monday morning.”

“When I first booked this 7 day reservation, I requested a view of the lake/golf course. When we got there, our room was a bottom floor facing the parking lot, that smelled like mildew and room was dated and we had no miniature refrigerator. I immediately called the front desk and said I was not happy with this and they move us to a room that had a better view. They ran out of regular coffee for our room and the rest of our stay, which was 6 more nights, We were only offered decaf coffee. Also,……

“Great place and location”

“The Property was very clean and well stocked with essentials.”

“Plenty of room, all furniture/appliances/bathroom /lighting/ temperature controls were great. The bathroom and bedroom doors were a little noisy at night for someone sleeping in the living room. The pullout couch was good, as long as you sleep with your head at the foot end because the mattress sloped down at the head end.”

“This place is wonderful. The pool was fabulous as was the hot tub; both of which were used every day of our stay. The location is what you need with 6 adults. It is close to so many attractions. Lots of room to spread out. Super comfy beds and amenities galore.”

“Once again, it said free breakfast and no breakfast was available. The building and And room smelled musty. Lights didn't work. Run down.”

“The room was very large and clean. The TV didnt work (supposedly the whole place was having problems with provider) also toliet didnt flush properly. ”

“Cute, clean, and safe! Noise from the street is easily muffled by the AC or bring earplugs. Great place - would stay again.”
