“What a wonderful spot to spend our 3-week visit to Colorado! My husband and I wanted a small but functional, quiet home-base during our stay to visit friends and family all over the Denver metro area, and to ski. This guest house was perfect for our needs; it’s as close to skiing as one can get while still being in the Denver Metro Area, and we were quite happy that it was just a 5-minute drive to almost anything we needed including groceries, restaurants, gas stations, stores, a shopping mall,……

“Light rail is excellent but does not run that late. The location is a little industrial with some not good streets but the house and host were excellent”

“We flew im for a wedding. It was centrally located. There were bikes in the garage which is a bonus, wish they all worked but that’s ok. There is a creek trail a few houses away. It was nice the kids unplugged and got outside to explore.”

“The property was just as described. We had such a fun time staying there and really enjoyed ourselves. They full kitchen was great so we could make our own meals and late night snacks. The townhouse was packed with everything we needed for our stay. The owners definitely took the time to make sure all amenities were covered and available. Would 100% stay there again. “The house was perfect for us. I was impressed with the amount of kitchen cookware/utensils and the fact the house was stocked for our laundry and dish cleaning needs. Tiffany was awesome at communication! I appreciated her understanding and flexibility when weather impacted our stay. Not to mention, she ensured our sidewalk and driveway were cleared of snow in a very timely manner!”

“Had a wonderful stay at element 89! It was perfect for our group of 10 (4 adults and 6 kids ages 2yr-8yr). Plenty of room, lots of toys and games for the kids (and adults!), and a great location. We loved that there were multiple spaces in the home where we could all be together comfortably (including the large dining table). We also loved the aesthetic appeal of the house. I highly recommend this house!”

“Cool house only 20 minutes drive to RR. Very clean & host provided snacks. We will definitely come back to this psychedelic duplex next time we go to a concert at RR. Lot of room w/ comfortable beds, plenty of blankets & pillows. Comfortable couch & very quiet neighbors. We didn’t go outside in the back due to weather snow/rain while we were here but looks like nice spot for a bbq or just chill. Host was responsive & friendly”
