"Friendly staff and an unbeatable location, the hotel sits directly under Pakuwon Mall, so shopping and food are right at your doorstep. Room maintenance could be improved though, the toilet blind couldn't be lowered, which is a bit awkward given the open toilet concept. Overall still a solid stay and deserves a thumbs up!"

"Check in was slow because the rooms were not ready (although we arrived way past 2.00 pm) and we were only given an extra bed on the 2nd day. The rest were ok - breakfast aplenty and kitchen staff were very helpful. Perfect location (public transport just across the hotel). Will stay again for sure."

"Great location due to immediate access to Pakuwon Mall. However, only one key and keycard was given, making it very diffucult for guests to access the apartment individually, as access card was required to move the elevator and enter the building. Furthermore, only cold water was running out of the shower. "

"Séjour horrible! Même si le personnel semblait sympathique, l’état de l’auberge laisse à désirer. La chambre très mal entretenue puait (littéralement) à tel point que j’ai du dormir avec un masque et de l’huile de lavande. État de propreté discutable! J’ai dû demander un drap car seulement une couverture sans doute pas lavée après le passage des clients. Mon avion était dans l’après midi mais j’ai préféré partir le matin pour respirer à l’aéroport! Bref, personnellement, je ne remettrai plus...
