「Our trip was a turn and burn and we were looking forward to staying within the hotel for supper and a relaxing drink, which didn't happen because contrary to the hours they provided in their email, the restaurant was closed, evidently because, according to the front desk clerk, Boerne shuts down on Mondays and Tuesdays. 「Don't go there if your handicapped. All the handicap showers are upstairs but the handicap toilets are downstairs. No microwave in rooms. Adjoining did hit mirrors. Wheelchair door was a joke, ran over my foot. Breakfast buffet was way overpriced. Bartender didn't have proper ingredients for their specialty drink, salt on rim instead of toasted coconut and wouldn't give me another drink. Starbucks out of 3 regular items for 4 days we were there. No hot water, accept on 2 occasions. Housekeeper...

「I have been dreading writing this review all day because I wanted to love this resort; however, this was basically a dump. It’s a fantastic lobby area but the hotel is basically a mid 1980s apartment complex. Everything from the tiles to the faucets to the bathroom to the exterior of all the buildings screams 1985. 「Room was fully stocked & clean. Beds were ok...not too firm or soft..I slept fine which is hard to do when I'm not at home. Reception area was clean & quiet. Breakfast was decent for standard free breakfasts & was a clean area. I didnt use the pool but it was crystal clear. AF base was an easy drive & about 15 mins away. THE STAFF- they were the best part. They were the nicest ever, responsive & so helpful. Would definitely stay there again if in SA.」
