The accountanting leaves a lot desired. I got overcharged on 2 nights.The manager said it would take 2-10 business to to clear it. Unacceptable. I had 2 separate reservations, but the management decided to make it a single one. Bad idea on their part. Screwed up my accounting process.

Easy15 mi drive to Lackland JAFB, breakfast was good. Rooms were not very clean. I ended up cleaning the room myself just to feel comfortable. Floor was gross, hair in bathtub/shower, and room was dusty

I really enjoyed my stay. I was in town to see my son at Lackland, he got his wings!! I was dissatisfied with the male at the front counter when I checked in, he was rude. It was late, my flight was bad and late and I was tired and had almost had an accident. He eas very rude. Everything else was wonderful! The breakfast was great!!

Overall. We enjoyed our stay here at La Quinta. Friendly staff and the surrouding area seems safe. The only downfall is that the area being so close to the expressway does get noisy. You van hear the traffic all night. Noise doesnt really bother me though, so it was fine. Recommend. Will definitely stay again.
