「This is a nice hotel, the staff are friendly. The rooms are large, and the beds are comfortable. The linens are fresh and white! The relaxing pool is refreshing. A nice continental breakfast too! Thank you for a pleasant stay!」

「I will start by saying the staff was incredibly kind and helpful so 5 stars to them! But, the property was awful. The 1st room we were placed in was COVERED in mold, the bed, couch and air conditioner all had mold all over them. The room smelled awful, I assume due to mold. The elevator also smelled very badly. I am sure its hard to keep moisture out as it has a water park inside the hotel. I took pictures of the mold and the staff promptly got us into another room. That room was better but...

「Pros: Close enough to walk to Adventureland. The price. Cons: Breakfast is blah during the week. Everyone in the hotel making one pancake at a time. Milk in a jug with no expiration date. Carpet in the rooms is absolutely disgusting. Our feet were black after showers. The bathroom was dirty and grime in the corners. Bed frame is wooden , extremely dirty and dusty and sticks out causing injury every time my 8 yr old got in or out. Someone kept putting a rock in the exit door to go out by the...

「The room was very nice, neat and clean plus nice bathroom too. The pool was alao excellent we enjoyed swimming a lot. Though, it could have been great if there was a microwave oven available inside the room so that we can warm up some snacks and also if a coffee maker was available too and if a small facial bar soap was provided just as the same as the usual hotel complimentary but in general it was good staying at Tru by Hilton hotel Norwalk」
