“太棒的住宿體驗！飯店新穎、設計風格絕佳。如果是要在倫敦旅遊2日以上的人一定要選這家，方便洗烘衣物、提供的餐點內容也很豐富，我們自己做了晚餐、早餐，在高物價的倫敦，有飯店提供這些自助的設備資源是很重要的事。（唯一能改善的是能改用木鏟炒菜會更好，平底鍋都刮傷了XD）”

“服務溝通都很良好，房間也舒服，唯獨覺得洗碗機和洗衣機有點太舊，洗碗機洗不乾淨，洗衣機烘不乾，希望能更新硬體設備會更好喔 地點有個缺點是附近酒吧餐廳多，晚上有點吵”

“去希斯路機場或出市區的交通都非常方便。住房安靜又乾淨，免費的自助洗衣乾衣以及非常齊全的廚房用具就像住在家裡一樣。”
