“The pool was my favorite part. And the staff was so friendly, helpful, and kind.”

“There were no blankets or top sheets. Only gave us one towel. When we asked for blankets and towels for the two of us we were told they didn’t have any. I had to go to store and buy a blanket. The was no trashcan in the room either. There was dry blood on the ceiling I took pictures of to show the hotel clerk/management. Over all we tried to make the best of the stay for the weekend. We a will never stay there again or recommend anyone stay there. I’d like a refund but we decided and make the……

“Property was well maintained and staff was friendly. Had a nice selection of snacks and drinks as well as a stocked breakfast with different selections. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to the sponge docks and restaurants. ”

“Truly wasn't expecting what was served it met my standards of clean just out dated but microwave was spotless and not even dust on the t.v. the pool was nice when u had a couple of sun days to warm it and it was quiet. I stayed with my dad and my infant son and was comfortable lounging and enjoying the heat with the a.c. just steps away. Perfect area for dining and walking. Bus is only 1.50 to get to Walmart. I'd stay again. ”

Hangers in closet! . Wifi passcode provided work well. We are walkers so the mile walk to downtown was not an issue . Also some none tourist type shopping a few blocks away.”

“The Acorn cottage is a cute (very small) space that has everything one or two people would need for a short getaway. It’s clean and comfortable and the courtyard is beautifully landscaped and a nice place to sit and relax. It’s close to great food and fun in Tarpon Springs and the neighborhood is very quiet at night. The only downside is that it’s located next to city hall and there is currently construction going on at city hall so it’s noisy on weekdays, but that’s not a problem if you don’t……

“Very nice accommodation for the weekend, despite the air conditioner being out of order. Property mgr handled the situation very professionally. There is a restaurant/bar and adult pool below. Be prepared for music, laughing and a lot of loud conversations until about 10pm. Then they are closed and it is silent. The view from our balcony was fantastic ….. sea birds and dolphins and we think we saw some manatee activity. Short drive to honeymoon island state park and beach , as well as downtown……

“The property itself was clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we were looking for. There were snacks for us. It had a nice wide driveway. It was in an older neighborhood with some houses needing some maintenance. However, we would stay there again.”

“The pictures and online descriptions are accurate. This unit is immaculately clean and tastefully designed with modern decor. The mattresses and bedding are comfortable as well as the other furniture pieces. The kitchen is well stocked, and full of extra special touches that we really appreciated like a few water bottles, a small snack basket, Keurig coffee pods, and a variety of teas. The owners go above and beyond to asure your stay is a great one! We plan to return in the future.”

“We had a fun time staying on a houseboat. It is a bit like camping in a RV. The boat is older and could use some TLC but I understand why that probably isn’t going to happen. We did have a good time and added a new experience.”

“Place has had upgrades that we're not mentioned or pictured. Wish they still had sleep sofa in TV area. There were More beds. No more air mattress, now a trundle. There is an issue with water. I think it needs a filter. Used all bottled water except coffee and was ill for a few days because of that. Wonderful area, great people. Home was much, much quieter! Again, Great area.”

“The sliding glass door needs to be repaired. The latch is missing on the inside which means you cannot secure the door while you are inside.”
