We were looking for a beachfront property and not only did the beautiful beach impress - just steps from the pool deck, the array of other amenities made this the perfect property for our R&R stay. Breakfast was plentiful - especially stellar was Patty, the weekday breakfast hostess, and daily grill features and a yogurt bar too! The front desk staff, Bryan and Emily, provided lovely ideas for dinner spots and the complimentary shuttle was our chariot to and from……

“The room was very clean, but there is only service every 3 days. Which is weird. I requested a pool view king bed and the lady was happy to oblige. BUT, she didn’t bother to tell me that the view was completely obscured due to construction. That’s all fine and dandy to have construction, but at least let me know beforehand. ”

“We booked this place based on all the raving reviews and looked like a nice place to stay for our families spring break trip. Check in was typical. Upon entering the room however we were disappointed. The room was smaller than expected but doable. But the smell and overall cleanliness of the room was horrid. Whatever cleaner they use has an overwhelming scent that made the room smell like a floral scented garbage bag. There was dust on everything, walls, ceiling fan blades, trim, art work, bed……

“We were looking for a more affordable option and booked a night here last minute and we were very pleased. The room was clean and updated. Check in was quick and the employees were kind. The pool and pool area were clean and the little bar was a nice touch. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and had a nice selection. We utilized the beach access which was super convenient. We will look to book here again the next time we return to Cocoa Beach. ”

“Had a third person coming from a different location. Hotel would not add her name to my reservation and refused to let her check in to our room even though I gave them both our names and the confirmation number. Never in my life have I experienced this from a hotel. ”
