「This is advertised as a million dollar mansion with spectacular views but it is an absolute dump. The house was disgusting and filthy. The floors made your feet black, the sheets had stains on them, and their was dust everywhere. The pictures of the home make it seem that is well put together. In reality, there are dirt on the wall, holes in the floor, ceilings, and walls. When an area is touched up with paint, it is done with a different color so the overall house looks run down and old....

We brought a large group of students to attend a video production competition, and the house was absolutely perfect. Mark, one of the owners, was wonderful. 「Wonderful stay in this high end property. It had plenty of room for our family to gather. Large master suites and comfortable queen and twin bedrooms. Well stocked amenities, lots of sunny outdoor spaces for relaxing and convenient to upscale markets, freeway and river for walks. Located in nice residential area. Wonderful stay and owner very responsive to my questions and texts.」

「넷플릭스 본사 바로 맞은편 건물. 건물은 크지 않았지만, 방은 컸음. 거실, 부엌 다 좋았음. 부엌에 필요한 물품이 다 갖추어져 있어 오래 묵기에, 가족과 같이 지내기에 정말 편했음. 주차도 편리했고... 다만 커뮤니케이션 메일과 문자가 너무 많이 오는 것이 귀찮음. 주요한 내용만 깔끔하게 보내주면 좋겠음. 」
