The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient. 「Undergoing refurbishment currently, older parts and rooms very dated and run down. Good location for first time in London. Public transport bit out of the way, bring good walking shoes unless you plan on calling for taxi or Uber all the time.」

「Everything is superb! Would love to stay here again」

「We had a lovely overnight stay . The hotel Was great and we had a lovely afternoon tea in the afternoon. A few drinks in the bar and a great breakfast in the morning. We had a couple of small things in the room . We explained them to the staff and they were very helpful」

「There was accumulated water in the bathroom after showering.」

「Big room and good mattress only」
