"Clean, room, comfortable bed and bedding. Thw pillows are the best. The rooms are soundproof but the windows not so much. Get a high floor if you don't like the hustle of the city. Do not get a room near the elevator you'll hear it through the wall. Six minute walk to the m train that takes you into the city. People say its sketchy late at night maybe but it's nothing I haven't seen before. The staff were super accommodating and I had a great stay."

"All sheets on the bed were heavily stained. When we asked housekeeper for new sheets she gave us some but they were all heavily stained as well. We got housekeeping once and although they made the bed and cleaned everywhere else, all the bed sheets were still heavily stained."

"Didn’t realize there was construction that was sometimes loud… the ac was just as loud and elevator situation was abismal but the room was nice just loud AC when you’re trying to sleep"

"If you're planning on taking public transportation from the airport or around town - this location could not be better. Being connected to GCS made getting around so easy! The hotel itself is fine. They let us check into our room at 9:30am without any issue. The bathroom had a mildew-y smell and the hot water wasw luke at best, but overall ok. The beds were comfortable. And the hotel was pretty quiet. I would stay here again."

"came in and there was a huge line to check in, was advised to come at 4PM, than was asked to do mobile checkin, which i did at 4PM, system said room can be within an hour, so agreed to 5PM, at 5PM, system showed checkin time 5:45PM, anyway decided to stand in the regular line (not the mobile check in), used the time to write a message on the app, and got a auto response that said "sorry for the delay, please write us a feedback"..., around 5:30PM (2.5 hours from 3PM the check in time), got in front of a staff member, and when I said this is so wrong, the staff member immediately said, he just check in people and if i want i can write to the management, as this is usual... Internet in the room is at a fee (i do not remember when last time was asked to pay for Internet), got 1 battle of shampoo for the entire 5 night stay... they never thought to bring another one... i checked out at 11AM sharp, and left the room at 11:10AM... in these 10 minutes was asked twice when I am leaving.... so 2.5hours delay in check in is OK, but 10 minutes checkout is not... i travel all the time and spend allot of time in hotels, never wrote a bad review... this is my first! horrible experience."

"If you are a light sleeper, I do not recommend staying here. You can hear everything in the hallways and even other people’s rooms down the hall. Found hair on the walls in the shower. Pillows were incredibly flat. Staff were polite and helpful but do not recommend if you want to get some sleep. "
