Clean, good design, very thoughtful staff and amenities throughout (elevator personnel, etc.) Turndown service was excellent. Good location as well (right at Central Park). Building is under renovation so the view is not as great. Overall a very enjoyable experience!

We wanted to be as close to Central Park as possible and The Pierre delivered! Room overlooked the park and location couldn’t be better. We explored all of Manhattan this trip so that SE corner is a great starting point. Everyone at the hotel were phenomenal and incredibly helpful and professional. Rooms are older of course but we loved every part of the age and character of the property. Definitely coming back here for next stay!

This property is one of a kind. The place brings you to a nostalgic time when luxury and class was the norm in hotels. The room are big, with high ceilings and plenty closet room. The bathroom was big and luxurious. Also they restaurant food was exquisite, with a very diverse options. This hotel has been my favorite in NYC so far, I highly recommended it.

This hotel needs a major upgrade. There are doing some construction outside, the carpets absolutely need change. The air conditioning in the room is super noisy! The staff is super nice and friendly! Food at their restaurant is ok!
