"Charged for 2 Queens, got 2 fulls. No elevators, Beds hard, floor dirty, air conditioner so noisy, vending machines not filled, very old and not upkept. If you're desperate, its a bed. I wouldn't stay again given a choice"

"It was an ok stay way over priced compared to other higher end hotels, 2nd floor felt like it was going to collapse if you jumped… the whole room shook when you walked made it feel sketchy… room service sucked didn’t clean the room or put fresh towels in daily "

"The room was clean but the cleaning rags were left in the bathroom. The toilet paper holder was broken and the roll would constantly fall off. It was very disappointing there was no complimentary breakfast and even more disappointing that the only coffee available without purchasing it was the small cups made in your room. Check-in was easy and the whole hotel seem well maintained and clean. We won’t stay here again but if you don’t mind the no breakfast or coffee its a nice enough place to stay."

"Bathroom was very dated, floor was dirty, no trash can. Bare bones coffee set up in room, we didn't even try it. Nothing was offered in the office. Extremely basic stay. Fortunately the bed and pillows were comfortable, but the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom gave me pause about everything else. "

"I have service animals, and I was unaware that they had strict policies as it is not disclosed when I book the room. It was a very stressful situation. In the end I was allowed to stay in the room. I had four service animals as there was two of us traveling with service animals have stayed at the property a couple of times before my family stays at the property the trash outside the end of the building was overflowing. There was not room to put any more trash in trash was blown all over. I took my animals out to use the restroom. They had booked the whole lower level. I was told to the Bird hunters who had dogs large dogs who had defecated all over the side and the fecal was not picked up so it was very difficult to navigate when taking my animals to use the restroom as I brought dog bags myself to remove the dog fecal the last night we stayed the room next to us was occupied with people with small children, but were very loud, jumping around, shaking the whole building and walls banging so my day was very unpleasant this time and very stressful upon check-in will probably stay at a property in Springfield next time"
