This sought after beach condo is located at the top of Hampton's Boardwalk with excellent proximity to the beach (less than 200 feet to the sand). Location is central to restaurants, entertainment and recreational activities.

You will have this prime condo location to enjoy all that Hampton Beach has to offer. Along with this you will have access to the seasonal pool and hot tub, propane grill, and outdoor patio area.

Location is conveniently accessible for easy travel to and from route 101. Ocean Boulevard is close by for scenic drives up and down the coast. 1 free parking spot provided for car/small suv.

Awesome Place. Truly a hidden gem.

Very clean and in a good location. Highly recommended. Very good communication throught the trip as well. Will look for this place the next time i go to Hampton Beach for sure!

Great stay

The condo we stayed was amazing! Very comfortable bed and big bathroom. Loved the kitchenette. The pool and spa was very relaxing. Loved the beach which was directly across the street. Very pleasant stay! Thank you Edmund for putting up with my annoying questions.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo is well stocked with everything that we could have wanted. Right in the center of town - we were able to walk to every meal and just across the street to the beach. The location was ideal. Would highly recommend for a couple to stay for the weekend or longer!
