“Great location 2 min to SR parking lot and 10 min to lift line including changing at lodge - on same road as the restaurants and pubs = great location and great communications from host - will stay here again.”

“Our family had an awesome trip. The condo is extremely close to the mountain and the condo is super clean, and tidy. Make sure to read the hosts condo summary as it has really good tips on stores nearby, and where to grab sheets/blankets/pillows for the sofabed. We were in town for the Santa Sunday run. Super festive and what a great cause!”

“This campground is so cute, clean and perfect. Great views of the mountains, cute little river to get wet on hot days (very shallow though). I give the campground and area 5 stars. The camper was beautiful, equipped with pretty much all you need. My only complaint is the beds, and I dont like to complain, but man they are hard as rocks. Sleeping on them was very uncomfortable for the whole family, All of them. Definitely could use some matress upgrading or maybe plan to bring some kind of……

“Property is beautiful. Lots of great things. The entrance step needs to be fixed to be up to code (it needs a step put in as a person can fall due to height of step going in and out. Out of code.)and railings should be put in hallway entrance for safety. Some conveniences added. Coffee pot, blow dryer, pots and pans, extra blankets, iron and board, outside timer lights. We ran rental properties and understand what can help to rent places. Property is so pretty. Thank you for the stay!”

“A few friends and I rented the property to ski Sunday River and it was a great location! Geoffrey was helpful and walked us through everything once we arrived. The kitchen is definitely a bit small with not a lot of cooking supplies and the WiFi wasn’t set up, but besides that it was just what we needed.”

“Uncomfortable beds. No door on the bedroom. It was 46F when we got there. Looked like someone broke into the room with a crowbar at some point in the past. Oven was not plugged in. Silverware and dishes were dirty. Close to Sunday River”

“We only had a very brief stay, alas, but made the most of the opportunity as best we could. A few updates are needed with the introductory welcome materials and equipment information that will be easy but useful to correct. Glad we had a chance to pause in western Maine, with a view of close mountains and the distant Presidential Range in NH. A couple of kitchen tweaks will be helpful for our cooking happy selves, though we enjoyed the spacious kitchen with adequate equipment, beautiful place……
