The backyard is such an awesome surprise with a pergola, outside dining, fire pit and outdoor furniture. You will truly feel like you are staying in a home and not a rental. Two adults and one pup-child enjoyed every minute of our wonderful stay!」

「I feel like reviews have been hit or miss for this place so I wanted to leave a detailed one. The place is a great size and had plenty of space for everyone to stay. There’s actually 7 bedrooms if you count the bunkroom, which doesn’t have a door to but is great for kids to sleep. There’s 3 rooms with double beds, 3 rooms with kings, and then the bunk room with 6 twins between all the bunks. The interior of the house was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen with plenty of kitchen utensils...

「It was such a relaxing week! The waterfront access was amazing! The home was very clean and had all the amenities we needed to have a wonderful family getaway. Being that it was animal friendly had me nervous, but the home was spotless. Comfortable beds and furnishings. The hangout in the garage was very nice as well. Will definitely be booking again!」

「Beautiful location, clean property, very nice communication with property managers. We really enjoyed our stay. Only issue was the back door was very difficult to open and close and lock. Still a wonderful five star stay. 」

「The house is gorgeous, and the lake view is incredible! But the best part of our Thanksgiving Week here was the amazing customer service of the owners. They bent over backwards to assist us and were just wonderful to work with. There were 17 of us and everyone was comfortable and happy here. I cannot recommend this house enough! 「This beautiful little bungalow was warm, welcoming, and the perfect launching pad for a girls' weekend of shopping and great restaurants. It was tastefully decorated, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. Throughout our stay, my mom, sister, and I kept saying how wonderful it was. If I was looking for a place to work from home, away from home, this would be my pick for the Richmond area. Great place!」

「Great place to stay. Very clean. Comfy beds.The living room furniture is very uncomfortable so you'll want to stay busy! We had my parents with us and they didn't have anywhere to relax or lounge in the living room. But otherwise it was absolutely amazing. We'd have this on the repeat list if the living room furniture was off higher quality. Lake was warm, dock was beautiful, the kids loved fishing and using the kayaks. The boys had an excellent time! There was a lot of space to stretch out!」

「Great location with beautiful views and gorgeous sunsets! Large, clean, spacious home, we did not even use parts of the home it was so large. We spent most of our time on top tier of the boat house soaking up the sun and lake as much as possible. Kitchen was gorgeous and very well stocked, with so many cool upgrades that us girls now want in our own homes We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this home for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. 」

The land is gorgeous and perfect for entertaining. Our kids also loved to play at the privet sand beach. We are already planning our next Lake trip! 」

「We really enjoyed the home. It had all of the cooking essentials you could imagine. Quiet, serene, and relaxing. Tip: bring socks, as they request that you don't walk on the light colored carpet. They have tile also, so it wasn't a huge deal. We caught plenty of fish, too!!! Overall, we loved it!」

「We had a wonderful stay with three generations of our family. Check-in was easy, house was very clean, the kitchen was fully furnished, the grass was mowed and there were lots of games for all ages to play. The lake house was perfect. Everything was just as advertised and as shown in the photos.」

「Only thing that could have been done was the grass cut. Its been so rainy it may have been impossible but the proerty was exactly as the pictures. The agent was easy to work with and very responsive. I stay here again!」

"选择伯克利酒店入住10晚是正确的选择。酒店比较有年代感，不同于标准的商务型星级酒店，公共区域不大，很有家的氛围，与里士满这座历史名城风格很搭。Ms.Star非常友善，保持对客人的关注，在入住期间中有任何问题都能及时得到解答，并且随时准备着解决顾客的难题。预订了小套房，一晚后提出升级要求后及时换到了更加满意的阳台房，房型都很宽敞明亮，床品舒适，休闲工作区域设置合理。特别要提的是酒店的餐厅，我在那里尝试了午餐、晚餐和几乎所有10天的早餐（除了周一休息），餐厅餐品实际的色味远超出酒店门口的展示牌，与主厨的交流令人愉快，餐厅的服务也令人满意。酒店的位置可以便利的到达任何热门地点，步行可达河边和多个景点，如果不愿意走路，城市的公交系统运行高效并且免费，去到较远的short pump购物中心也十分方便。总之，非常愉快的一次入住，给你在家之外有家的感觉。今后去到里士满毫无疑问将继续入住伯克利酒店。"
