「Renewed rooms, modernized amenities. The only negative was low water pressure. Too low for the shower. 」

「Overall nice property in good location at a good price. Bathroom had some cleanliness issues (hair on the floor and in tub, dirt in the corners) and surfaces looked like they needed to be wiped. Door was difficult to close as I had to lift it up to get it to shut. Nice comfortable bed and good breakfast! 」

「My wife and I plus our dog have a very pleasant stay at Springhill Suites by Marriott Richmond North/Glen Allen. All the staff were fantastic and I like to specially acknowledge Carter, the front desk staff. He is very service oriented, knowledgeable and polite making our stay enjoyable!」

「The Quirk hotel is a pink lovers dream! The property was clean and beautifully decorated and enriched in art. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the mural on our room wall was actually hand painted which lead me to do research and I was blown away that several other rooms had their own individual hand painted murals too. The staff was amazing- every one from check-in to the rooftop bar to the valet, everyone we encountered was so kind. We will definitely stay there again during a future...

「Everything was great, although had I known that the lobby was not staffed in the late evening I would have tried to arrive a bit earlier. Still wasn't difficult to get assistance though. Only negative I could note was that the floors in the room were slick from using too much soap when they mopped. Very convenient to Kings Dominion...we will be back next time we need a roller coaster fix.」
