「The rooms were clean and well designed. The shower was really excellent and the bathrooms were also very nice. Kitchen area was good. Our sofa bed was broken so we were upgraded to a bigger room which was nice although it was a hassle to move all of our stuff. Unfortunately the microwave oven didn't work in our new room and our email request for help went unanswered. 「Location was great. Room was small but nice for a solo traveler staying for a couple of nights. The property/room was very clean and the seamless check in (receiving door codes via email) was fantastic. Pros:
- GREAT location; easy walk to Fenway.
- Beautiful building w/ nice modern clean interior.
Cons:
- Ownership utilizes a 3rd-party mgmt platform; this made me nervous, as I've had poor experiences in the past with a property listed on Hotels.com but using a 3rd-party platform for signatures and payments. During the aforementioned poor experience, Hotels.com reps initially told me that this was not allowed, and that I should make no payments off Hotels.com....
