“Our stay was excellent. Kitchen was well appointed. Location was perfect. The street comes alive in the evening with friendly restaurants and a pub. The two 2nd level bedrooms are American queen sized beds so keep that in mind when considering your comfort. Plenty of storage in the single bunk room. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend this location. ”

“I rented this property for a five-night stay with my family over Easter weekend. First off, it is in a great neighborhood, away from noise and tourists. If you really want to feel that you are a resident of the city, it is a good spot. Located on a quiet street, you cannot hear any city noise. The neighborhood has lots of shops and restaurants and is very close to Regents Park. “The owner never responded to us with check in information. I finally got ahold of VRBO support and they were unable to contact the owner either and cancelled our reservation while I was at the airport leaving for our flight. VRBO support gave us options that were over twice the price. We had to stay at a hotel that was very expensive and we lost the use of a kitchen which meant we had to eat out. ”

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily.
Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
