「Great experience」

「I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was honestly a little nervous when I booked it because the price was much lower than many of the other hotels in the area, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. However, once I arrived, all of those concerns disappeared. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. 「I have stayed here before without issue. This time they put me in a room that had continuous beeping. I complained but was denied a different room due to none available and NO ONE came to look for the cause. It was 4 miserable nights. It was prepaid so I had no choice but to stay.」
