"I originally reserved to stay two nights but I checked out after one night. I asked for a receipt and was given a receipt that shows I should only be charged for one night ($67.50). My credit card, however, was charged for two nights ($135.80). Will my credit card be credited back the other $67.50 or should I visit the RRI in person and talk to the front desk?"

"Mark, the manager on duty, was working alone and swamped with an oversold hotel due to WMU Graduation activities. He kept calm and helped everyone out with exceptional grace and concern for all the customers' well-being. An exceptional employee with great people skills under pressure."

"Room #220 that I stayed in on April 28th, 2026 had black mold on the wall above the shower surround. This was not noticed until the following morning. I woke up eyes itchy and throat sore/swollen. I am highly allergic to Penicillin and this could had been a serious medical emergency if I stayed more then (1) one night. Upon discovering the black surface mold, I packed up and immediately left the property. I stay 20-60 night a year in hotels for my business and this chain of hotel is always new and top notch. The balance of the hotel was average, however my room's bathroom was not useable."

"I had booked through Expedia and they said they didn't have my reservation. Upon my room being cancel at $93 dollars, they had no rooms available except for my room that they said they didn't have reserved just opened up. Make that make sense? I said, "okay I will rebook". They tried to charge me $100 dollars more and I am still battling with getting my $93 dollar refund at a hotel that I didn't stay at, as I went to one up the road. "
