「Nice room, nice service」

「The hotel was recently remodeled so everything was new and nice. Mattress was great. Heat/AC worked great. All amenities were provided in the bathroom, and coffee maker in the room. It's too bad the left over reviews are still on Google from the former hotel. A little breakfast in the morning made the stay perfect. It was walking distance from the Big E which was great as parking is a premium in the area. One negative: I think I'm too old to figure out a Roku device to get the TV to...

「There was a ton of room and the king beds in all the rooms were great. We had a couple small concerns that were addressed super fast. Great space, great hosts!!! Would stay again and highly recommend!」

「Our stay at Karl's was great. The space was perfect for relaxing, and having our family stop by. The bed was very comfortable! There were a few restaurants in walking distance. Karl was in touch as needed when we had questions leading up to our stay.」

「Staff is excellent as is the decor and service both at the hotel, restaurant and rooftop. Not well known but the air conditioning in the room can be very loud and there are no TV’s in the room. The street is very walkable and there are several excellent restaurants within a quick walk or 10 min drive. The breakfast at the hotel was lovely- as was the restaurant. Great long weekend stay! 」

「Great studio, worked well for our stay to attend Yale Commencement. The location is convenient to campus with multiple close dining options. Well appointed space with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There are shared laundry and kitchen areas….be mindful of that if you’re planning to cook meals, there is no kitchen in the unit but it does have an under counter refrigerator and a small sink.We would recommend a stay here, it’s very convenient and comfortable!」
