“Very run down with no signs of trying to fix anything.
Friendly enough staff, but clueless.
I had to move rooms after the first night. The radiator in room 218 couldn't be turned off and it was 25 degrees. The ceiling in the bathroom has water damage from above and the plaster was cracked and falling down.
The second room I was given, room 317, had more problems. The window had broken seals, so let in a lot of wind and noise from the street. I found 2 empty Absolut vodka bottles wedged……

“I think if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay and just need somewhere to sleep, it’s a great option. You can check in online and then get in when you get in, which worked very well for me.
The room itself needs a little fixing up, the sink had a massive crack down the middle, the bed was broken and the whole floor seemed to slope sideways. But other than that it was a pretty nice hotel and a really affordable night.
Ideal for solo travelers ”

“We arrived at 6:30pm and were told there was not a room for us. The staff were unable to help and unwilling to provide more information on who owns the hotel. I strongly suspect the hotel does not comply with heath and safety rules.
We received a refund from Expedia, but I would not have any confidence in receiving a refund directly from the hotel.
Stay away.”

“This property is in disrepair and is not being maintained.
One part of the floor is sinking and propped by loose boards. There is an overall smell of mildew/mold throughout the place, and most of the surfaces need a good cleaning. In the bathroom the shower tap is rigged so that you cannot increase the temperature past a moderate level, and the shower door is falling off the frame. I also came across many spiders. ”

“As i turned up at the property i was put off instantly as it looked run down, there was no one at the reception i called the hotel no a few times but it just rang and then cut off.
The room was basic it had a kettle no cups or anything to make a drink with not even a sink to get anw water.
The mattress was thin as you turned over in bed the springs cruched as you turn.
The shared bathroom was so small a large person (not being disrespectful to anyone) would find it hard to use the toilet,……
