“I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt”

“Seafood and Italian restaurants were super helpful with the GF requirements. Everyone is super friendly. Security is amazing! They were everywhere so there were no issues. Pool and pool area is very well maintained; washed daily. Even though it's an older facility, its very well maintained (generally at night and without noise). Beach is fabulous!!!
Music is LOUD at both pool and shows. on a 7 day stay, different show available every evening.
may want to consider shared cab roundtrip……
