The property is also located a little away from the busy part of Ali’i drive, which makes it great to relax at the end of the day after a day full of activities but is conveniently located near beaches and grocery/convenient stores. I highly recommend the property to anyone planning a trip to Kona.”

“Beautiful family friendly condo/resort. We found an amazing deal on this website that allowed us to enjoy a week of relaxation and exploring. The views and condition of the resort was top notch. Our only complaint was that the floors could have been cleaner. Otherwise we would recommend this place to anyone traveling with a family.”

“Everything was great about the property. It's bigger than we expected. Big kitchen and living room. Great view on the patio/deck. The fees do add up to be a lot , but we knew about them prior to booking and just included them in the cost per night when budgeting. It's a little far away from kailua, but with the full kitchen next time we will do a few meals at the resort ”

“I accidentally left in our room a package that contains all the most important things that one would carry onto the airplane, including extra cash, credit cards, inflatable pillow....etc. When I realized it was no longer with me the next day, I called the owner Julia as my last hope. She picked up the phone right away and told me that she has been so worried for me (she only had my contact information from my home country, not from the US). We drove back to pick up my package. Its quiet and clean, the lack of standard services offered by similar establishments is offset by the availability of services such as resturants, shops, groceries, gas stations, etc, all within walking distance. I also like the plantation motif. Great place- ”

“It's in a nice location if you're spending one night for visiting volcano national park, but it's definitely not okay if you want to stay longer,because it's really far from EVERYTHING. The closest downtown is 45 minutes away by driving. The room is nice but simple. The wall is so thin that I could hear the detail conversation of my next door neighbor.”
