"Was a nice ocean front room. We had a very hard time getting towels delivered to the room. Housekeeping didn’t show up the first day. Had to go to the front desk and ask for more shampoo and conditioner the second day. Again no new towels. Shower didn’t work. It sprayed water everywhere. "

"We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The beds were decently comfortable. This place is completely outdated and in very rough shape. They do the bare minimum for cleaning. Considering the price,uder 300 a night oceanfront, with a gigantic pool during daytona bike week, with tons of bike parking I'd give it 3 stars."

"This place is so run down, neglected, and outdated that giving it 0 stars feels generous. It's only saving grace was the guy working the front desk during the day. There wasn't a single thing that wasn't in disrepair or straight up not functional both in the room and on the property. non-functional elevator, stairwells that wouldn't meet modern width and height regulations plus broken tiles and mostly missing anti-slip traction grips in an area with near constant high humidity, floppy door handle (loose in the door) that was locked with a standard, basic physical key (I've literally seen better locks on a home residence bathroom door), deadbolt was just the lever without an actual deadbolt in the door, no chain or other interior door security, peephole in door was simply a hole full of condensation, most of the electrical outlets didn't work, ceiling fan didn't work, bathroom fan didn't work, smoke alarm didn't work, TV remote missing, TV was smaller than most computer monitors, missing flooring, rusty bathroom mirror, rusty & broken sink, cracked and broken bathtub tiles, toilet had little flushing force, bathtub was over ankle deep during a 3 minute shower due to slow drain, more water coming out of tub fill faucet than shower during shower, no drain plug/stopper for sink, bath towels were barely 36" long, balcony sliding door was barely functional and the "lock" was a piece of wood in the door frame, beach access gate lock broken, beach access stairs sit at a crazy angle"

"I have stayed at this Resort Confernce Center for about 6 or more years straight and it is not cheap. Mrs. Wanda the receptionist whwn i checked it was so nice and pleasant. Same as I had received years prior. From Friday morning walking in to speak with the receptionist i was not greeted with words but with 2 unprofessional ladies they had conversation amongst each other. And they just stared at me like I was interrupting. Still no greeting, no how may I help you. It was very uncomfortable. My telephone had no dial tone for me to call front desk to request towels and wash clothes. One of the ladies stated maintenace will be up to fix it. There was no 24 hour security as the resort had always provided for motorcycle safety which was not provided prior to booking. I check out a day early and when i entered 2 ladies wer sitting in the lobby like guest eating food, no one at the desk and i again received uncomfortable stares from both ladies like i didnt belong there. And this time I let it be known tbat this has been the worst stay ever at this resort that for 6 or more years had no issues with. No greeting, they remained eating no one at the desk to check me out VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! They have completely lost me as a regular booking client during my future stays. I understand the new staff changes but they definitely need to train the ones they have in place now. I am very disappointed."

"I had picked this hotel bc the hotels.com site said family friendly with a game room, a snack bar, sauna, gift shop and a gym. Upon check in, we had a wonderful gal named Cora. She was polite, friendly, and a very hard worker. After getting to our room, which was quickly prepared, we did not get a room with a view that I had paid more for so we were close to the pool and the beach. The next morning my husband had to leave early for an unexpected work shift in which I had to make arrangements and get my son up to drive him at 6:30 in the morning after not getting much sleep because there were motorcycles all night and it was very loud. I was exhausted that morning but was packing up the room with my five year old who could not help at all, stressing because I knew we were approaching check out time and I still needed a quick shower and was packing up all three of our items while cleaning along the way. I told my 5 year old son mommy's going to take a shower if anybody knocks at the door tell them my mom he's in the shower please come back in a little while. Most importantly I informed him to not open the door for anyone because he is 5 years old and I didn't want any strangers near him without me being present. While I was in the shower of course I heard the death knock like the police are rating the place and I heard my son say my mom is in the shower please come back then I heard the door open I didn't hear anybody talking I was listening and then I heard the door close"

"The pool was torn apart and the beach view was obstructed by construction being done, I know the work needs to be done but it should be disclosed when you book the room, we were there during bike week so we were busy doing other things, if we would have been there for vacation it would have been a different story "
