“Very nice clean cabin. My only issue was people pulling a bass boat has no where to park.”

“Beautiful 1883 cabin - our family enjoyed the view of the mountains and the horses too. Kitchen is well stocked in its tiny shape. Thank you!”

“The pictures that are listed are probably 20 years old. It shows new deck. New grill. Fully exposed back yard. The outside of property is in dire need of updates. The deck is really rough, the back yard is all grown up, grill works, but needs cleaned. The cabin is old, needs a thorough scrubbing (deep cleaned), including windows that were so dirty you couldn't see out. I was expecting the old cabin, but dead bugs in the corners and cobwebs in windows and all over deck (when we arrived) wasn't……

“Wonderful location. Too bad the lake was down a bit and the dock wasnt fully afloat. ”

“Great little place to stay. Had a small hiccup with the wifi but the host handled everything smoothly and efficiently. He was very responsive to messages and easy to communicate with.”

“Cabin was very clean. Host was amazing and responded quickly to questions. Would definitely stay again. We always do Gatlinburg or pigeon forge so this was very different for us and we loved the peace. ”

“Great Cabin! Super close to Natural Tunnel State Park.”

“Cabin was well stocked and comfortable. Very difficult to find,we had to call Aiden at Marina to help us. Lucky it was daytime. We couldn’t believe nobody was on the lake. We wanted to rent a kayak but I thought 40 each person was too steep. Also the restaurant was closed,so no 10% coupon use. Pretty view”

“#1 Had to clean porch when arrived there was mud and debris on it that's first one.#2 Had bought groceries put them in refrigerator and noticed there was a small odor and it was barely cool so we set it for cooler it didn't work we had to buy coolers to try and save some of our food we lost our meats cause we couldn't keep them in that the cooler very well.#3 The kitchen sink was stopped up with some kind of black stuff, we plunged it it still wouldn't go down one night we had to dip water out……

“Thanks”

“The home is as described. Host was attentive before and during our stay. Bring your own things, but if you happened to have forgotten something, chances are there is one there for you. The pond was a huge hit for the young boys. Pool enjoyed by all.”

“Beautiful and comfortable cabin with all amenities for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed the front porch . Excellent location for outdoor activities if that’s your jam. Owner was very responsive to questions .”

“Relaxing, clean, and comfortable. The cabin was a perfect and peaceful retreat while in town for a baseball tournament/mini family vacation. Everything you need indoor with beautiful landscaping and multiple lake view balconies, decks, and docks. The cabin provided a great location to split time between Kingsport, Johnson City, and Bristol. Unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the lake or fire pit due to weather conditions and schedules, but plan to make a return visit in the future! Bill……

“I can’t say thank you enough! The property was amazing and communication with the host was on point. This was the perfect place to make memories with Family! We loved the fire area and only being steps away from nature was just an added bonus! 10 out of 10!”

“It was a wonderful month long vacation! Brian was so accommodating anything we needed he was on it. From bowls to baking pans he made sure we were happy. Comfortable beds and a peaceful setting. I highly recommend it.”
