"Nice, clean, great service-the little shop is convenient and the area is overall easy to navigate. The only downside is that it is a bit out of the way and I was navigating on crutches so it was more challenging. I think had I been able to walk normally wouldn’t have minded the extra walking so much."

"1. Room was slightly bigger than typical room size in London. 2. Breakfast was okay - not excellent. 3. Easy walk to many places. Well connected location. 4. Room was comfortable but noticed some wear and tear. 5. Staff was helpful and cheerful. 6. Overall, not a bad place to stay at all."

"Modern refurbished hotel in a great location on the edge of Kensington Gardens. Lovely room, comfortable bed, and great service throughout. The only minor points were no iron/boards in rooms and lack of dressing mirror near a power socket in the room. Overall, we loved it."

"All the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. The room was very nice and well appointed. We would definitely stay here again. I would say the only downside was the lack of closet space for hanging clothes and lacked any storage space in the bathroom. We had to get inventive."
