I went to the kind lady at front desk Also, I had to go to front desk whenever I returned to hotel because I couldn’t get back in the room. The hotel needs to be thoroughly renovated, including new furniture & hallway carpet. This was my first & last reservation.”

“The manager was very helpful. I thought that he couldn’t find my second room reservation, but it turned out that when Expedia asked me for the person name for the second room, they actually put that person‘s name on the reservation, even though I was making the reservation and paying for both rooms. So a note – if you’re reserving more than 1 room for traveling companions or family members, put your name on all of the rooms.”
