“Amazing property clean great parking highly recommend!”

“Great place. Great view of downtown.”

“This place was very good location for us to go back and forth to the convention center. It had mostly everything we needed, but no extras. Very minimal. There was very little lighting in the whole apartment and the ones in the bathroom didn’t work at all. The walls are also not sound proof at all. We had neighbor noises all through out the night and day. It was overall sufficient for our needs for the quick weekend.”

“Arrived at apartment to find fridge was not working. Contacted management and was told to send pictures. They would contact the person that needed to be contacted. Day two arrived back after conference fridge still didn’t work. Contacted same person. , etc… they finally on the last night was willing to try to get a handy man out. I was in bed, and saw no point. Had to toss food and was unable to cook or use kitchen because of this issue. Would like to request aome kind of compensation Also,……

“The place is in a great location. Downtown close to plenty of food and things to do around. I was very disappointed when I found out the pool was closed my whole stay, I probably would not have paid what I did if I would have known that. We also did not have a second blanket the first night, had to cover up with sheets. We contacted them and they didn’t bring a blanket until my second day. If you offer a second bed and understand it will be used I figure you should have proper equipment that……

“Great location, walking distance to restaurants & coffee shops! I walked everywhere & felt safe doing that & leaving my truck in garage parking. Rental is NICE!!! The host is exceptional. Communicates quickly & gives good description of property & access. Just Read! I skimmed & then saw she had provided all the info I needed. Most definitely … would visit again.”

“We had a great stay. The location is great. Close to everything but still just far enough out of downtown for a slightly slower pace. The property itself is a bit dated but they’ve done a great job of sprucing it up. You really cannot beat the price. Which was a huge draw for us when we needed to book a last minute spot for cheap. It has all the basic essentials and the water gets hot and stays hot. It is nice that you get an off road parking spot but people are not kidding when they say the……

“The only bad thing was only one working elevator for the entire building and the condo is on the 9th floor. Also be aware there are homeless people all around the building that you’ll have to step around.”

“I really like this property. It has an industrial feel and the lobby is cool with a bar and a pool table and plenty of room to hang out, lounge, read, get some work done, etc. The rooms are cool! Walls are thin but it works. The pool, bar, and art on the rooftop make it all worth it. Really cool spot. Parking can be a bit of an issue on the weekends but I recommend this spot for sure. ”
