“On arrival at 3:30pm there was a telephone number to ring for check-in which worried us about what to expect. No one answered the phone number but then someone came to the door. He then phoned someone else who confirmed we were booked in. We were given our keys and instructions to enter the property ourselves. There was a restaurant set up but no one else around. It seemed more like an air bnb set up. Our room was very spacious, really lovely wallpaper and blinds. There was a mini fridge, tea……

“This property surpassed expectations. The host met us on arrival, was very friendly and provided us with lots of recommendations for places for food. The bed was extremely comfortable and bedding lovely! The choice of food available for breakfast was amazing, I’ve never seen a continental breakfast set up like it. Unfortunately we were in the area for a poker tournament, so didn’t get the chance to spend a lot of time at the property, but we will definitely be returning should we visit the……

“The soundproof was not good at all. During late evening and early in the morning, the footsteps from upstairs were SO LOUD. We could not sleep well due to the noise. The squeaking sound was crazy, as the guests kept walking. Sound proof of walls on the same floor was ok, not silent, but totally acceptable. Apart from the noise, everything is fine. The location is good. Not too far from town centre. It has a big car park, so perfect for a rest in the middle of road trip. Cleaniness is also……
