“Very clean with all the necessary amenities, manager answered all of our questions promptly, it’s very few requirements, convenient to Louisville each and Rehoboth, several great restaurants nearby, beds were comfortable, and beach chairs and umbrellas provided, the check in process was simple”

“My husband and me and our two small children spent the weekend at this property and we had a wonderful stay. The communication with the host was great and she was quick to respond to any messages. Our family was very comfortable and the listing was even more spacious than anticipated. Despite a rainy weekend, we had a great stay. The location was ideal as it was a short drive to anything we wanted to do. We would definitely come back here.”

“We enjoyed staying next to the Junction & Breakwater Trail. It was a short drive to the main drag and restaurants, boardwalk and beach. The condo is bright, clean, tastefully decorated, and a comfortable stay.”

“The home was perfect. Clean as a whistle. Beds were comfortable. Well appointed - loved many of the beach themed items throughout the home. A well planned open living space on the 1st floor with kitchen and dinning room table set for 6 but could accommodate 8. The patio was spacious, although the weather during our stay was too hot to enjoy this area. The homeowners responded quickly with all of our questions.”

“The location was perfect for us. Close to everything but quiet, back off the street. The unit was a little dated but clean. With two bed and two bath, it was perfect for our quick one night stay.”

“The property was great and exactly as listed. The check in and out process was incredibly easy. Everything was clean and in great shape upon our arrival. We loved our stay and had a really wonderful time. The only complaint is that the two twin beds are truly one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. You can actually feel the springs in the mattresses. One bed has a pad that made it a little better but the other one has no pad and is unbearably uncomfortable and could not to be……

“Overall amazing experience. The basement property was plenty spacious for the 6 adult guests we had. Had a quick question regarding check-in and the host answered immediately and was very kind. Walking distance to almost everywhere we wanted to go. was worried about the parking based on some reviews but there was ample parking for my large SUV. Overall 10/10. Thank you!”

“When we forst arrived we loved the fact that parking was right under the building and made it easy to access. There are stairs bit only one flight up. The fact that we had a balcolny was great and your not far from the beach.”
