“Nice place, good breakfast.”

“The room, though dated, was clean and comfortable. Was perfect for our overnight stay enroute to Branson. Breakfast was decent, sausage and gravy w/biscuits, yogurt, cold cereal options, coffee and juice. Highway noise will disrupt your sleep if you are a light sleeper so bring your earplugs. I'd stay again.”

“I don’t have enough good things to say about this property. The rooms are very well cleaned and adequately maintained, despite it being an older property. The exterior is super cute and there are accommodating areas to gather, including a fire pit. It’s very quiet. The best thing about it is the manager. She is an absolute doll. She took great care of our elderly parents, going WAY above and beyond to make sure their stay was superb. I can 100% recommend this property if you want to avoid the……

“When you walk into a $100.00 plus room and find ear plugs as part of the bath amenities, you know you are in trouble. We were on the second floor (of 3 floors) and could not sleep all night, highway outside our window, hearing the people above us at all different times during the night due to noise transfer, and then there was the heater going on and off all night long. Worst night sleep I have ever had in a hotel room. The Management was aware of these noise issues due to the fact the ear……

“House is very private, about 20 minute drive to Warrensburg. Host was quick to answer questions. Beds were all very comfortable memory foam (except one), lots of space for a larger group. Living areas and floors were very clean, bathrooms could use more attention. TV uses an Amazon account which my daughter had so that was easy for us. The only real complaint was the highly chlorinated water, host did leave some bottled water but we did need to buy more for our 3 night stay. Overall it was a……
