“Excellent.”

“I wanted to give this hotel a chance after the poor reviews that I read. First impresssions at the front office were not promising. I did like that the outside door required a key card to enter the building. I did notice the dirty rugs in the hallway. Our room wasn’t cleaned throughly. I found chip pieces on the carpet and there were a couple of hairs in the tub. I did like the toiletries that were provided. Again I wanted to like the hotel because I can tell the owner is working on……

“The room was clean, the staff was customer friendly and the breakfast was good. Nice to have hot food for breakfast! Parking was plentiful, close and free which is awesome.”

“Property is under massive renovation. Construction materials are scattered in and out of the buildings. Parking lot was full of nails and barely usable. Several of the security doors had no locks. Hallways had no air conditioning. Our suite had no sitting area. The shower had no hot water. Kitchen had cookware but no eating utensils. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, powdered eggs and undercooked sausage and bacon. Inedible at best. Unfortunately we had booked three nights and never felt safe……

“The staff were extremely nice, made us feel welcomed. The room was clean and bed was amazing slept so good. I highly recommend to stay there, I know I will again!”

“Hotel was okay. Lobby is nice. Room was spacious, but floors felt dirty and there wasn’t hot water, only warm water. Waiting at least 5 minutes for the water in the sink to warm up enough for me to wash my face and the water in the shower never got hot, just warm. Breakfast on weekend doesn’t start until 7:00.”

“We have been pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. The room has quality mattresses, upscale pillows, bedding, and towels, and looks modern with newer furnishings and carpet. Everything has been remarkably clean and pleasant. I can highly recommend staying here, and we would be happy to come back again.”

“I definitely come back and stay in this hotel, it has clean room and good breakfast, my only problem is the reception staff that needed training for customer service. We checked in at almost 8pm and say hello to this lady in the reception, she didn’t bother to smile and welcomed us, just said need the name and your credit card, pointing the direction and that’s it ! Not even mentioning the basic details about check out time, time for breakfast and anything that we need was thinking in my room I……

“Well maintained for an older hotel. Shortage of staff on the Tuesday night we were there so the lounge and access to food was closed so a little disappointing. Mattress was lumpy. Breakfast buffet choices were excellent with a large dining area.”

“The room was Ok but not fantastic…there were dirty hand prints on the front door and and bathroom door…dirt on the lamp shades, dirt on the wall by the bed. My real issue is with the mini fridge…you can tell that fridge had been leaking for some time and nothing had been done…the cabinet was coming apart from the water damage. I can only imagine what kind of mold was under there. I was also very disappointed with the casino, nothing about gambling there was fun…I lost with literally every spin.……
